Located in Champagnac le Vieux, this 105 m² country house welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with electric heating and 1 bathroom. You have a private, well-equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine, dryer, and step-free indoor access. A baby bed, as well as shared toys and books for children, are available.
Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace with panoramic valley views. This peaceful retreat is set in a hamlet where you’ll only share the area with Raymond, the farmer, for a true escape. The renovated former barn offers a spacious living room with open kitchen, heated by a fireplace and two heat pumps. Firewood is provided at no extra charge in winter.
Shared parking for 2 vehicles is available. Dogs are welcome. Parties are not allowed.
Set out on foot for hiking, mushroom or wild strawberry picking, or mountain biking. A lake just 3 minutes away by car offers swimming, fishing, and a treetop adventure course. The stone and hemp walls may cause some dust, and the exposed wooden ceilings reflect the authentic character of the old barn. The bathroom has an instant water heater that recharges quickly, but if several people are showering, please wait 15 minutes between showers.
