No microwave , but short on kitchen utensils ( no can opener no tea towel )

The property is good value for money
The flat could do with a makeover in particular the kitchen area as most of the draws and cupboards are badly chipped or hanging off.

Good position and good communication with owner.
Spacious apartment with small balcony.
2 Side lights plugged in bedroom with no bulbs, very dangerous. Bath had been repaired and felt unclean.
Only one teaspoon, no tea towel, dish washer was dirty. Bed linen not ironed . Settees very uncomfortable. Shower door unsafe could not use the shower. Taps loose. Generally a lot of maintenance needed and a bit of love.

Only 1 toilet paper provided. Beds and pillows have no protectors, thin sheets. Dirty extra duvet in the closet. The unit needs a deep cleaning.
