We had the basement apartment, which we didn't expect, but it was light and airy with a fairly small but handy internal courtyard. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the sofas were too. There were plenty of appliances available for use including but not limited to hairdryer, oven, hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, toastie maker. We were also impressed with the amount of crockery and cutlery. It felt like we had everything we needed. There were two or three handy tube stations within ten minutes walk and a massive shopping mall too. A small convenience store within feet of the apartment made life so much easier and there are two lovely looking pubs nearby, both appeared to serve food but we didn't get chance to visit either. The host provides WIFI and a handy guide to the area upon arrival and was very friendly.
There wasn't anything we didn't like but there are a couple of things to note......if you are tall or of large build, the shower is tight so you may struggle. Also, with this being a basement apartment, the start steps leading down are fairly steep so if you have any mobility issues, this wouldn't be suitable. My husband used the iron, which is a fancy steam one and he wasn't a fan but that is a very minor niggle. Some of the sockets didn't work but there are plenty to choose from that did.

The apartment is in a perfect location, a very safe and quiet neighbourhood, close to some nice local pubs and restaurants. The apartment itself is really cosy, clean and has a super comfortable bed. The staff were very attentive and kind, great communication!
