You won’t find any show stopping amenities here – although fellow bibliophiles might agree that the well-stocked bookcase is worth writing home about – but you’re just a few minutes’ walk from Kensington (Olympia) Station, your link to the capital’s most popular tourist destinations. Embark on a whistle-stop tour of the city via the London Overground or set off on foot and experience all that the bustling streets of Kensington have to offer.
When you’ve had your fill of being out and about, we wouldn’t blame you if all you wanted to do was sit back and relax in your cosy home from home. Savour a well-deserved cup of tea as you catch up on your favourite shows or get dressed into your comfiest pyjamas and treat yourself to an early night. However you like to unwind, this place has got you covered.

UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LONGER STAYS: For bookings of 14 days or more a complimentary weekly clean and linen change will be arranged for you. We have found that offering this service helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of the stay.
BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a 'pack and play') and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.
