About this house rental

Moonfleet is a contemporary and well presented family holiday home, sleeping up to 7 in 3 bedrooms, just moments from the beach.

The spacious open plan living/dining room and kitchen is the heart of the home. It is flooded with natural light from full width doors at the front of the property and access to an enclosed garden at the rear. The contemporary, well-equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and Nespresso coffee machine is at the garden end of the open plan living space. The dining table is large enough for six plus guests to eat at and the open plan room also enjoys seating for six and a log burner, making this property a cosy rental in the colder months too. This large room is an ideal living and entertaining space. A smaller TV room / playroom / study with desk space is located off the open plan room offering a separate space for children to play in or a quiet area for work or relaxation.

Comprising of: Bedroom 1: Super king size bed (first floor) Bedroom 2: King size bed, or split into two small size singles if required (please advise when booking) (first floor) Bedroom 3: Bunk beds, with additional pull out single if required (first floor)The downstairs has a shower room plus there is a family bathroom on the first floor. Also on the first floor are three bedrooms. Whilst the property is not beach front (the landside of the beach road), the two front facing bedrooms have views of the sea and doors opening out on to a south-facing balcony. The larger of the two bedrooms has a super-king bed and the second bedroom has a zip and link king-size bed which can be split into two small singles if required. The third bedroom with bunk beds overlooks the rear garden. There is also a pull out single bed in the bunk room so it is possible to accommodate an additional child if required.

Outside, to the front of the property there is off road parking for two vehicles and an EV charging point. There is also a decked area at the front of the house which is a lovely little sun trap. The rear garden has it all, a decked area with a six-seater hot tub (optional extra at a charge of £295), outdoor garden furniture, wooden swing with climbing ropes, a half pipe skate ramp and an area of lawn. There is also an outdoor shower which is ideal for rinsing off wetsuits and and having a quick wash before warming up fully in the hot tub after a dip in the sea. The rear garden is also fully secure making Moonfleet ideal as a pet friendly property. (Dogs are very welcome but guests are reminded to please clear up after their dogs in the garden and ensure that they do not go upstairs or on any of the soft furnishings.)

Moonfleet is a superb option for a family holiday with the beach just on the doorstep. There is a cut through to the beach just opposite the house and you can see the water from the balcony so it is easy to check if it is paddle board weather or time for a surf. The amenities of Brackleham Bay and East Wittering area also nearby. The Beach, the best beach-front restaurant in the area by miles is just a couple of minutes walk away. GOAT coffee shop is also just a couple of minutes away and the new Co-Op is just a five minute walk. East Wittering is a 15 minute walk or a couple of minutes drive and the village has a large range of amenities and restaurants. The white sands of West Wittering beach are abut a 45 minute walk away or 5 minutes in the car.
