The studio features an open living, dining, and kitchen area. The living space offers a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a TV, a desk, and plenty of storage space for your belongings.
The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware, cutlery, a stove, an oven and a microwave for preparing delicious meals. Additionally, the studio provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bathroom is equipped with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Flat was well appointed with everything you would need for a couple staying for a few days. Neighbourhood with convenience grocery and off license directly across the street. Shepards Bush station a five minute walk.
Only issue was the checkin was a bit confusing - only because. I booked through VRBO. but then at some point communication changed from vrbo to Guestready, so when planning how to check in I couldn’t find my email with instructions. It would be nice if you could just leave the keys at the apartment upon checkout instead of having to return them to the key pickup. Anyways, otherwise no issues.

The property aesthetic was nice. But there was a used toilet brush that had which I thought was unpleasant. Usually when you stay at a place they either provide a brand new toilet brush or there won’t be one at all. The toilet seat was slightly broken too. Considering these things it doesn’t really add up for this place amount spent for only three nights. But other than that the location was good and was right next to Westfields.
