It's a haven set in peaceful and private location, 10 minutes from the medieval Roman town of Vence
It's also 12 minutes to the new "Polygone Riviera" the first - lifestyle - outdoor shopping mall in Europe which has 10 cinemas (a great hit with teenagers and shoppers alike!) and many late night restaurants .
The villa is a romantic and elegant Provençal style, filled with antiques and fine paintings.
Not far from the picturesque medieval artists' village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup and Saint Paul de Vence.
The magnificent views surrounding mountains. The landscaped garden contains many varieties of palms, flowers, olives tree.
There's an outdoor BBQ area with two stone round tables for a total of 8 persons
