The location is quite central, safe and walking distance to O'Connell street and major city attractions.
The studio in general was quite run down.
There were only sofa beds, not enough pillows and towels for 3 people. The shower was faulty. Kitchen facilities were minimal. After calling booking, the owner came and helped fixing some major issues and explained how to use some things. He was friendly and remained available for any issues during our stay which was much appreciated.
The room is on the ground floor next to the entrance door and the shared washing machine which is literally in use all the time. You could here the noise of the people walking up and down the stairs until late night.
If you have a good sense of adaptation you can generally make a good use of the studio but I think it is okay for very short stays (1-2 days max). Obviously this depends on what type of stay you are expecting. I would recommend the owner renovating the studio and ensure the facilities are up to date and safe so that the price is worth the money spent.
