Kitchen was full of staff for making breakfast, or dinner.
We got message about how to get in the apartment, how to get to the city center, to the grocery shops, to the pub, and so on. Thank you!
It was cold floor, so in the future would be nice to be informed about it in advance, thank you.
It was a bit confusing about electricity, how it works, Which device belongs to which switch. But we survived :)

The location was great. Within walking distance to downtown and Phoenix Park!
The tourist information provided was superb and very helpful.
The room had all appliances required for a comfortable stay. Key pickup and drop-off was very easy and accessible. And buses were easily accessible also.
I couldn't figure out how to start the microwave.
The Big bed frame didn't easily allow the table to come out so I had to put my suitcase on the floor. This took up more room. I felt a little cooped up. It really was a lovely cosy room and I loved the hallway and the bathroom. However the bed was a little hard and that big bed frame seemed yo take up so much room.

Beautiful view from the window. Very warm and comfortable. Host gave me very clear instructions about check in&out and let me check in early. I really had a lovely stay in Brendan Behan Room.
Very basic kitchen utensils and supplies, even no tea&coffee in the shelf. It would be perfect if they build up a bit more stock of seasonings(plus tea&coffee!).

Hot water, within walking distance of centre. Easy access. Warm and clean.
Photographs misrepresented the room. Out of 100 photos on the website, none were of our room. It was tiny, it had a settee bed, the cooker was rusty, there was a smell from the bathroom, and a curtain was hanging off the rail.
