Location was close enough to the city to easily walk but away from the crowds. The staff made you feel like you were visiting friends
There was a building renovation across the street. A minor noise during the day (though the windows kept it remarkably quiet)

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in 20 years of traveling. We were there in April. From the moment we met General Manager and her team, we felt incredibly supported and well cared for. Our suite was beautifully styled, with both a tub and shower, a Dyson hair dryer, Nespresso machine, functional smart TVs in both rooms, a cute patio for reading, and a very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was simple and delicious, and the pre-dinner drinks by Tomasso and his team were unbelievable — truly no need to go elsewhere.
The location was also excellent, close to the Duomo while still feeling intimate and calm.
There was very little not to like. The experience felt thoughtful, personal, and polished throughout. We’ll be back.
