Nous avons passés un formidable séjour au Fenice Studios . Appartement situé en plein centre historique de Venise en face du Théâtre de la Fenice mais cela n'est pas un inconvénient car les fenêtres sont en double vitrage. Très calme en soirée. très bien situé dans Venise et a proximité de tous les lieux à voir. La rénovation et de qualité et la décoration raffinée.

Location was great and the studio was clean and comfortable.
To get to the apartment from the water taxi dock is difficult with luggage as there are stairs and small alleys.

Appartamento bellissimo, terrazza meravigliosa proprio sopra la Fenice. Le scale da fare a piedi non ci sono pesate, pur essendo con bambini. Ciabattine fornite insieme a morbidi asciugamani. Pulizia incredibile. Personale eccezionalmente gentile e disponibile, prima e durante la permanenza, oltre che al check-out. Fantastico!
Il divano letto è duro, specialmente se paragonato ai letti in camera, comodissimi. Anche se la pulizia viene fatta ogni giorno, un rotolo di carta cucina non sarebbe male per quando si mangia in casa. Sarebbe bello avere una luce in terrazza, per poterne godere anche dopo che fa buio!
