Location smack in the historical center of Venice. Walking distance from the main sights, cafes, and restaurants.
Surprisingly quiet despite the ultra-central location. Hidden away from the noisy main tourist thoroughfares. We slept soundly every night.
Great layout for a family or group. Two separate, distinct rooms. Very clean, fresh, and modern. Extremely practical setup.
Excellent service from start to finish. The team gave us clear, easy directions to find the property. They provided great local recommendations.

The location was perfect. Centrally located to visit anything in Venice. The entrance was on the bridge which was so nice. The staff was always very helpful and nice. The cleaning ladies were amazing and the room was always spotless.

Location was excellent
The room needed a mirror and did not like external bathroom. Also communication with owner was great but not being on premises was difficult. Bathroom was small and no place to put anything. It needs a shelf or stool. Also the taxi around venice was not worthwhile because there was no narration as to what we were seeing
