Het huis heeft aardig onderhoud nodig: Blootliggende elektra binnen en buiten Niet te gebruiken bbq Buitenbad zonder enig nut, vies en niet aangesloten Geur van nat hout binnen (fundering) Keuken staat op paar stenen en met gordijntje afgewerkt Alle gasten hadden een erg slechte nacht door de slechte bedden Alles ruikt muf binnen Buiten liggen spijkers en bitjes op het terras wat met kinderen geen ideale combinatie is Deur van de schuifpui is niet dicht te krijgen en af te sluiten in de nacht Kortom, alles geeft een viezige rommelige onafgewerkte sfeer, wat in combinatie met de prijs niet in verhouding met elkaar staat.
