Locatie en de ruimte.
We hadden verstopping en lekkage onder de wastafel badkamer. Was in de avond laat, zelf de aansluiting losgehaald en op nieuw en goed aangesloten. In de bekersifon zat voor twee jaar aan haren. Oorzaak waarschijnlijk al het dweilwater in lozen. Echt vies. Verder waren muren in de woonkamer vies en afwerking van deurkozijnen slecht. Allemaal plamuur ongeschilderd. Allemaal makkelijk te voorkomen.
