In one of the nicest restored buildings of Aachen, between cathedral, town hall and Katschhof, fully equipped 47m2 apartment incl. Community washing u. Dry rooms, as well as romantic communal roof terrace with view over Aachen.
A few steps and you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Hof, Markt and Münsterplatz. Bakery in the house, shopping street - Krämerstrasse (de Kriem)
with cafes, restaurants and museums in front of the door. Busy outside and still quiet living is possible. (except during the Christmas market / Dec.)
Parking of a car is possible in the car park 5 minutes away. Public transport also 5 minutes away.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt mit Familie benötigt. Wenn man aus dem Haus geht steht man außerdem direkt vor dem Aachener Dom. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall nur empfehlen.

Wir waren zu Zweit 12 Tage über Weihnachten in der FeWo und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Eine super nette Vermieterin, alles reichlich da, Handtücher, Bettzeug, der Kühlschrank hatte bei der Anreise schon einen Grundinhalt, nette Deko, gute Raumaufteilung, sogar mit Badewanne im Bad, separates WC, bequemes breites Bett!
Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock, aber mit Fahrstuhl... wir haben wenig Leute/Nachbarn im Haus gesehen und noch weniger gehört!
Die Lage ist super für alle die mal das Auto stehen lassen wollen, wir haben es im Parkhaus am Dom geparkt und keinen einzigen Tag bewegt, denn von der FeWo und deren Lage geht alles gut zu Fuß und ganz stressfrei!
Die FeWo liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone zwischen Dom und Rathaus, da die Fenster aber auf der Rückseite des Hauses hinaus gehen, ist es sehr ruhig, wenn die Fenster zu sind hört man kaum etwas!
In der FeWo jede Menge Infomaterial über Aachen und Umgebung, auch was Einkaufsmöglichkeiten angeht... Geschäfte ohne Ende, Restaurants für alle Geschmäcker und jeden Geldbeutel zu Fuß erreichbar!
Museen, Ausstellungen, Galerien, der Dom & Domschatz, Stadtführungen und mehr, perfekt für einen stressfreien Urlaub oder auch einem längeren Außenhalt!
Super war auch, direkt mitten am Weihnachtsmarkt, Tür auf und schon die ersten Buden vor der Tür, trotzdem in der FeWo ruhig, da diese auf die Rückseite des schön sanierten Hauses geht!
Noch erwähnenswert, die tolle frei zugängliche Dachterrasse, die über eine Treppe vom 4. Stock aus erreichbar ist und von wo man bei klarer Sicht über ganz Aachen drüber schauen kann. Selbst Klappstühle sind dort vorhanden, für einen gemütlichen Ausklang, vielleicht aber nicht unbedingt im Winter :-)
Wir, werden auf jeden Fall mal wieder kommen, wenn sich das terminlich machen lässt, dann aber sicher im Sommer!
Diese FeWo ist sicher eine der schönsten in Aachen in der Altstadt und für die tolle Lage auch sehr günstig!!

We have rented several apartments in our travels, and this was one of our most delightful stays ever! The Apartment was as advertised, and our host was an absolute delight. She explained everything, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is right in the center of Aachen, and the rooftop patio was a wonderful bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung zentral gelegen. Direkt am Dom.
Ein toller Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erforschen.
Sehr nette Vermieterin.
Während des Weihnachtsmarktes sind die Nächte am Wochenende sehr unruhig.
