Lovely peaceful place - a 1 room flat with bathroom & yard space. Simple and minimalist decor - great use of a small space. Near central Southsea cafes etc.
A bit further from the sea than some properties, so no sea view - but this is reflected in the price.

In a quiet area and with permit parking so no problem to find somewhere to park. Friendly other residents who were helpful too. Also having a back yard area was a bonus as the wild life was unbelievable to say in a built up area. Had a comfortable stay and hopefully go back. The accommodation was spacious and had all relevant equipment and furnishings.
There was nothing to dislike although in the bathroom a small floor standing cupboard/table to put toiletries on would be suitable and hook(s) on the bathroom door to hang items when showering too.

Location to Southsea was great with only a few minutes needed to reach the high street. Lots of other locations in easy reach such as Albert road and the sea front.
The space is airy and has the basics needed should you wish to cook a simple meal.
The space was clean, warm and quiet with good WiFi. Communication was great throughout from the host.
Sofa is basic as it acts as a sofa bed if needed but not ideal for really relaxing.
