Bathroom was nice and the apartment was tidy.
Communication was very poor, they held the booking at ransom for a £100 deposit through a third party website that didn't work - when that website failed to work, an £80 deposit was sent, which then took over three weeks to get returned to us despite frequent emails requests.
The apartment was conveniently located for the dockyard, but had plenty of people loitering outside and fighting.
The bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was unsleepable due to how uncomfortable it was.
The owners rules ban alcohol in the apartment too.
The kettle had to be plugged in and set on the floor as there was insufficient space/cord length on the counter.
