The flat was very clean and organised. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. It was exactly what we needed for a couple of nights in Colchester. Communication with Penny (owner) was easy and clear, and it was super easy to get the keys and check in.
The upstairs room was a little warm overnight, even with the heat off (but this is probably just personal preference).

This property was super clean and very tidy
Only issue was next door playing music. This obviously isn’t the property owners responsibility
