The apartment was warm and comfortable . Spacious enough for us to have our family members visit us.(they live nearby) Great having two bathrooms and bedroom Kitchen reasonably well equipped. Some milk, tea bags and condiments .Plenty of cleaning products and some toiletries provided. We appreciated the toys that our grandchild found in a drawer. We have booked again.
As mentioned in previous review the key safe is in the communal bin area. We found it it a bit tricky to find in daylight if you were to arrive in the night time it would be very difficult! The smell was very unpleasant in this area.

The apartment is really well equipped and in a convenient location for local amenities.
We didn't find the bed very comfortable.

Apartment was clean and good location. Two bathrooms were useful.
Main bed mattress felt cheap. Storage heater and extra heater in second room did not work - and this seems to have been an issue previously. 2 forks for 3 people - and the first solution was to ask me to buy some and they would reimburse me. When I said I could not manage that with my commitments that day, they did deliver some more but it was a) weird that was the first solution offered and b) irritating that no one had realised the issue when setting the apartment up for us. Parking is also meant to be in a bay with the apartment number but there are no numbers so it was impossible to know if you were in the correct space (this was known but no other identifying features were given to help identify ).
