Great location. Had all the facilities we needed for a 4 night stay. Close to bus stops, Marble Arch tube station, coffee shops, restaurants, Hyde Park. Accommodation is modern.
The stairs are very steep and narrow, not suitable for frail or elderly, there are 2 flights of stairs to get into the apartment, and another flight inside the apartment itself. The wifi wasn't great, quite slow at times. All three mattresses weren't very comfortable. One of the bedrooms has a skylight with no blind, so early morning starts are the norm for guests staying in that room! There's no shelf in the downstairs bathroom, so nowhere to put your toiletries.

The location is amazing, close to Hyde Park and convenient for Oxford Street shopping. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by. The apartment is a good size with 3 bedrooms, which was more than we needed. Good response from the team and Bob was helpful. There are stairs to the apartment and inside the apartment. That was no problem for us, but might be a concern for some.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The flat was spotless, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing visit.

The location is unbeatable — just a one-minute walk to Marble Arch Station and Oxford Street, making it perfect for exploring the city.
