The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was refurbished and again kept in great condition. The kitchen, though i did not make use of it, had everything needed and was also refurbished. The location, though not that close to Paddington, makes the flat have great links with central London and is very accessible and safe. The bed is extremely comfortable and towels were provided. Overall very satisfied with my stay and believe it exceeds value for money.
I was not provided with the Wi-Fi password even though the offer explicitly said it is available - thankfully other tenants were kind enough to give it to me. I did first try to contact the landlords, to no avail every time - both email and phone. The only other thing was that the room only had one electrical outlet behind a cabinet which was hardly accessible and took a while to find.

Good location and easy access to the building
There were ants in the bathroom of the ground floor and the third floor.
Room 3 also had ants in the floor, I had ants in the bedsheet as well.
