Tucked away in a secure, fully fenced property, Norfolk Charmer is your own slice of paradise peaceful and private, yet perfectly located close to everything Mangawhai has to offer. Cafes, beaches, shops, and the estuary are all just a short stroll or drive away.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one with a Queen, a second with a Double and a third with a Double and cot and there is a family bathroom with a bath/shower.
What you'll love:
A huge covered outdoor area with a built-in fireplace perfect for long summer nights or cosy winter evenings. NB: Wood is provided to start you off but if you wish to use the fire a lot then you will need to provide your own beyond that. Firewood bags can normally be purchased at the New World in Mangawhai Central or Four Squares in the Village and Heads.
Louvered shutters that let you adjust the light or shelter depending on the subtropical weather.
For your entertainment a SMART TV plus board games, toys and books.
Flat, easy-access land with plenty of space for kids to run around and play games and an enclosed trampoline.
The cutest little Wendy house a fun hideaway for the kids.
A kayak for guest use
Heat pump/air conditioning to keep you cool in summer and snug in winter.

NB: There is only a small bar fridge in the kitchen but there is now also a fridge/freezer in the covered deck area.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
