The location of the property is excellent, in the geographical center of the city. It sits back at the end of the driveway so it is quiet at night, good for sleeping.
The house conditions were unsatisfactory and disappointing. As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in many accommodation properties so far but this one was the worst. It did not look like a "holiday home" but a cheap and crowded rental house without proper maintenance. Bathroom floor tiles were broken and one of my team member's feet was cut by the sharp edge. Shower door roller was missing and door did not close properly. Shower head was old and kept dropping. Fan and ceiling were dusty with spider web.
