About this house rental
Snuggled in the hills overlooking the majestic Whangarei Heads, Mount Manaia and pristine Bream Bay, our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, complete with games room sleeps upto 8 people and we are pet friendly too
Surrounded by native bush we have a plethora of bird life to listen to and observe
Enjoy the tranquility for a total relax
Wonderful for star gazing, perfect for Matariki
Just watch the clouds go by, day dream, meditate or read
Perfect for those who have to work away from home
The games/rumpus room provides a pool table, dart board and sofas to chill, play board games read books or practice yoga and meditation.

A random selection of games, books and DVDs are provided for guests use

15-25 minutes from Historic Waipu, Waipu Cove and Whangarei respectfully
Bring the boat and fishing rods to explore the Harbour, the Bay and the surrounding Hen and Chicken islands or the Poor Knights for the more adventurous
Bring your golf clubs for a round or two on the incredible oceanside Waipu golf course and it's iconic donut cafe/restaurant
Hike your way around the Bay on various challenging tracks along the Whangarei Heads like 'The Lions Back' and Mount Manaia
Meander the scenic Waipu Coastal track; housing Northlands own pancake rock formations and stunning views
Stroll the extensive beaches from Uretiti to Marsden Point or river mouth

My family had an amazing stay at Karen’s property. We stayed for four nights and there was always something to do around the area or in the games room. There was a lot of space for outdoor activities. The house was clean and it had everything that were listed. Karen was great to communicate with and really made us feel welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you’re with family and love the outdoor as there’s so much variety around and space to create an outdoor activities for yourselves. Thank you so much Karen.

We had a great stay here, the location is absolutely gorgeous and there’s heaps for families to do on the property.
