YOUR comfortable and luxury place in Florence

Veig algunes crítiques on es queixen que és un apartament compartit. El cert és que hi ha entrada, habitació, bany i saló, tot separat de la resta. Això, per mi és, de facto, un apartament privat. L'única cosa compartida és la cuina, però tanmateix és un avantatge, ja que el propietari va posar a la nostra disposició coberts, vaixella, oli, fruita, vi i tot el que volguéssim. També cal dir que en tres dies no el vam veure ni sentir, tret d'una molt agradable benvinguda.  L'habitació és gran, exquisidament neta, amb aire acondicionat. El bany perfectament equipat amb dutxa de massatge i rentadora.  La parada de tren està just al davant, però és un pis alt i l'aïllament del soroll és absolut. En definitiva, una estada meravellosa a només una parada (5 minuts) del centre de Florència. No us en penedireu!

L'única cosa que podria trobar-se a faltar (però això ja ho sabia) és una millor vista des del balcó: la campinya toscana o la cúpula del Duomo... no es pot tenir tot, oi?

Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La stanza e il bagno sono molto ampi e puliti. Materasso e cuscini comodissimi. Nonsotante la vicinanza alla stazione non sono stata disturbata dal rumore dei treni. La colazione non era inclusa ma il proprietario ha messo a disposzione la cucina e quanto era presente nel firgorifero. La posizione era ottima. Vicinissima alla stazioen di Rifredi.

Convenient location, clean and well-maintained apartment.

A misleading description of the place, which made me believe I rented an apartament, while, actually, it appeared to be a double bedroom in somebody's apartment! How awkward if you expect full privacy! The hosts seemed surprised...- I don't know what to think about it. Seeing my reaction to the whole situation they tried to be invisible, but it was still very uncomfortable. Believe it or not, I was informed, that I was the first person who demended the key to the main entrance - other guests just rang the bell and waited to be let in - every time they wanted to enter! A shock for me. And the view was of a busy railway station ( and fortunately some nice hills in the background), not a garden - maybe there was one somewhere, but I felt too uncomfortable to enter any other room than the bedroom and the bathroom (which was really private). And one more strange, misleading thing - they left two bottles of wine in the room without a word if they were a decoration or a treat. In the house rules, left in a form of a leaflet, we found a suggestion, that if a guest fancied some good wine, they would be happy to share IF ASKED. So why to leave such decoration??? Didn't ask and didn't taste. All in all - not really what I expected.

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, hay tranquilidad y Arian se adaptó a nuestras necesidades de entrada y salida sin ningún problema. A 10 minutos en tren al centro de la ciudad, muy bien comunicado. Con una fantástica ducha para sacar todo el cansancio acumulado durante el dia y una cama grande y muy cómoda. Nos hemos sentido como en casa.
