Incredibly friendly staff. Kitchenette is nice and stocked with coffee. Nice garden in backyard to have a drink/snack/small meal. Location is great - within a mile of center of Florence. Facilities were all clean and despite having shared bathroom, never ran into any issues with it being busy or unclean.

The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and the man at check in showed us around. It’s easy to get the tram from central Florence and you can be at the main train station 15-20 mins! The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.
There isnt much around the property and it’s not a good place to stay if you want somewhere to step out the hotel and to be in central Florence instantly however the location was perfect if you are happy to use public transport

it was clean and easy to get into the center on foot (trams were overcrowded to the point of people almost spilling out)
pet allowed for 25 eur
very thin walls inside, the room next to us had a drinking party long into the night and we didn’t sleep much
windows are old and don’t insulate sound nor temperature, making the room cold even if the heater is on and what you would normally heat up by breathing throughout the night
