2 Bedrooms and a loft at the top of the stairs. 1 full bathroom (tub/shower), 2 half bathrooms. 1 King, 1 Double/Twin bunk bed, 1 double futon in the loft area. Microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, 43 in. Roku smart TV, Blu-ray DVD, wireless internet, gas log fireplace, charcoal BBQ, decks, hot tub. This very comfortable home is located in the quiet pines of Lodge Hill. The hot tub is on the corner of the front deck. This is a very peaceful home, with lots of wildlife to experience. When you enter this home you are on the main level, which is the kitchen, living room, dining area and a half bathroom. The upstairs consists of the two bedrooms, the loft and 1 1/2 bathrooms. The master bathroom has a large tub, no shower. There is a shower/bathtub combination in the hall bathroom.

What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Feels like you’re at the top of Cambria. Hot tub was a complete bonus. Well appointed kitchen. Comfy beds and the fireplace was so cozy in the mornings. Can’t wait to come back soon.

We had never stayed up on Lodge Hill before but found it very pleasant. So quiet, surrounded by trees and wildlife and extremely close to town and the shore. Makes for a perfect getaway!

We enjoyed our stay here. The spa was lovely and everything was clean. The house could use some updating and TLC but is still overall a nice place. Short drive to the Ranch Preserve trails, the beach and downtown. We enjoyed the wildlife and the quietness while staying here.

Our boys and I love staying at 2620 Merlyn. Very clean, kitchen works great, which is important when you have 3 boys, in a quiet area, and location is just right. Not on the beach, which is too expensive, but close enough that beach, woods and town is nearby. We have stayed here several times before and already have plans to stay here again. :)
