Beautiful ocean views and wonderful accommodations. Exactly as described. Liked each bedroom had their own bathroom and additional sitting area downstairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 3 weeks. We had family and friends visit part of this time. The arrangement of the house works beautifully for a family or guests. The stairs from the garage level up to the main floor are somewhat steep, but there is a good hand rail. On the lower level there is a roomy space with a bedroom, bath and a living area with door our to lower level patio. Perfect for extra family or guests. My only critiques are not serious ones. The living room sofa with, sorry, ugly slip cover, should be replaced as the cushions wont stay in place. I felt the kitchen was perhaps overstocked with pots and pans. There were no empty drawers or cupboards to store any food goods. These are minor issues compared to the overall attractiveness and comfort of the home. I would alert tenants not to use toaster oven and the microwave at the same time. This threw a breaker, but we were able to find and restore. I would definitely recommend this property as very comfortable place to vacation.

The house is in a great location with views of the ocean and sounds of the waves. Scenic Coast Properties manages this location and on their contract it states that any issues with the house must be reported IMMEDIATELY. So I called and emailed them to let them know the sound on the tv in the LR kept going out, the dishwasher was not attached so it was moving around and the soap dispenser didn't always open and there was water sitting after a cycle. The washing machine would stop in the middle of a cycle full of water which ended up being an electrical problem that had to be rewired and was a fire hazard, the plumbing in the MB shower wasn't working and it would make a very loud noise that could be heard outside and then no water pressure and the spout was loose. The coffee maker took about an hour to brew a half of cup, the microwave also sounds like it is going out but is still working, the radio didn't work and the lights by the back gate don't work. And also the bath towels left for us to use were so warn and stained we went and bought new ones. When I reported this to Scenic Coast Properties (Valerie) she wrote WOW we have not heard this from previous guests and that some guests had returned which made me feel like she didn't believe me. She did send a maintenance man who rewired the electrical outlet to the washing machine and did say it was a fire hazard, he turned down the hot water heater which was dangerously hot, brought a new coffee maker, and attached the dishwasher so it would stop sliding around. He could not fix our MB shower he said that was a major job that required a plumber. We were there for 6 days and like I said before the house is a nice house in a great location but I don't feel that it is being maintained. I even stated to her that I thought maybe it hadn't been rented in awhile because most of these things would have had to been reported. But after our treatment by Scenic Coast Properties I would never rent through them again and we come often. And if there are other owners besides Scenic Coast Properties you should know they are not maintaining this property.
