Located one mile from Canyon Lake, and 8 miles to Guadalupe River making it the perfect weekend getaway spot. Enjoy a spacious loft with a queen-sized bed and a full-size bath. Then step out on your patio to grill out, and watch the sunset from the rooftop deck.

Outdoor space includes a 6x23 ft deck, charcoal grill, 8x20ft rooftop deck, propane fire pit and private residence lake access trail (.5 mile hike)
