We warmly welcome you to our beautiful holiday flat directly on the Diemelsee. The flat is located in Heringhausen in the immediate vicinity of the newly created lakeside promenade. This invites you to take romantic walks around the lake. Enjoy the marvellous landscape and the picturesque region.
Our lovingly furnished holiday flat offers the perfect retreat to enjoy the beauty of nature and relax from the stresses of everyday life. On your own balcony, you can greet the day with a cup of coffee in the sun or round off the evening with a glass of wine while savouring the last rays of sunshine of the day.
For active holidaymakers, the area offers numerous opportunities to explore nature. Take a hike along the lakeside promenade or climb the St. Muffert and enjoy a breathtaking view of the shimmering lake from the summit cross. Hire a boat for a trip on the lake or try out SUP. In the diving bay you can go on diving trips or cast your fishing rod. The resort also has its own small swimming pool with sauna area. Beautiful sandy beaches, also for dogs, are of course not to be missed. There is a great children's playground and a mini-golf course in the immediate vicinity, so that even the little ones get their money's worth. The Diemelsee region is a very varied holiday region with a wide range of leisure activities.

The flat has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It is cosily furnished to make you feel at home straight away. A beautiful living room with a dining table for four, a satellite TV and a comfortable sofa bed are at your disposal. The sofa bed can be pulled out in no time at all so that two more people can sleep there. The ready-made bed linen is immediately to hand in the sofa bed box. We have also thought of our younger guests and provided some games. Various books round off the offer. The bedroom invites you to relax and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The new kitchen is fully equipped and allows you to prepare your favourite dishes, which you can then enjoy in the cosy dining area or on the balcony.
The beds are freshly made when you arrive. Bath towels, hand towels and tea towels as well as toilet paper, soap and washing-up liquid are provided in sufficient quantities and do not need to be brought along. This takes the strain off your holiday luggage and is included free of charge in the price of your holiday with us.
For your convenience, we offer you a free private car park directly in front of the house, which is only available to our guests.
Relax in the garden or enjoy a cosy evening with a glass of wine on our balcony. Garden furniture with comfortable cushions and a parasol as well as an electric barbecue are at your disposal. If you have skis or sledges with you in winter, they can be stored in the cellar.
