L’insonorisation de la chambre on entends énormément les voisins… le petit déjeuner qui est très redondant après avoir passé une semaine dans l’hôtel le choix est très restreint.

We stayed in an ocean view room which was clean, modern and well presented. The overall feel of the room was fresh and newly finished. Breakfast was included and managed via a token system, which was straightforward. The bathroom was a wet room style and kept clean throughout our stay, of 1 night.

Although the balcony does offer a view of the sea, it also overlooks a large rooftop (appears to be a commercial or storage building), which detracts slightly from the overall view. Room cleaning is not automatic and requires you to contact reception via WhatsApp, which was advised on arrival. Storage is limited, with only a small wardrobe available. We also had an issue with the bathroom door not closing properly – this was reported, but as we checked out early (staying for 1 night, not 4) we’re unsure whether it was resolved. We also decided to leave our stay early as Koh Tao wasn’t quite right for us. While we understood the booking was non-refundable, we did ask if there was any flexibility for the unused nights, but were advised that this wasn’t possible.
