Everywhere was lovely & clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean & comfortable. Pick up to and from the ferry was great. Ladies in the spa were lovely.

The only thing I have to say is they could do with a few more and later shuttles down into town. The latest back was 6.30pm so we got a taxi, which was very expensive.

1.The hotel staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay 2.The views were amazing, and the quiet atmosphere allowed me to relax and enjoy a very peaceful stay. 3.The breakfast was very tasty and enjoyable.

1. The breakfast selection could be improved, as the variety of side dishes was quite limited. 2. It would be more convenient if there were power outlets near the bedside for charging mobile phones. 3.There were quite a few mosquitoes during my stay. It may be helpful for the hotel to improve mosquito control measures in the lobby and restaurant areas. Guests are also advised to bring insect repellent. 4.I would appreciate it if the hotel could provide more frequent shuttle bus services to the pier and Sairee Beach, as it would make transportation much more convenient for guests.

The views the food and the staff were amazing! We enjoyed the pool but would prefer more shade.

No wifi at all throughout the whole Hotel including lobby, restaurant, pool and room. Not a bad thing but you should know the hotel Is located on a cliff with many stairs and steep hills.

The room itself which was part of a new complex that belongs to the hotel was good. The hotel itself is very very old but this suite was good.

The stuff are not very nice Not very attentive They must work on the service One of the worst hotel staff ever experienced. Breakfast is very very basic and poor. The location of the hotel was bad - the way to the lobby contains a road that is highly corrupted and if you come with a motorcycle (which is probably the case) then it can be very dangerous.
