We were lucky enough to be the first people to stay in our room and it was absolutely beautiful! everyone was extremely friendly, the restaurant is great and the room and view was amazing 100% would stay again

Beautiful, spacious rooms with great views.
The breakfast could be much fresher - we actually went out for meals because it didn't meet our expectations. We also felt that the service could be warmer and more attentive

It was quiet, peaceful and we absolutely loved it. We tried to book an extra night but fully booked :( we loved seeing coco the parrot at happy hour!
The only feedback I would give is that the restaurant was a little over priced.

The room itself which was part of a new complex that belongs to the hotel was good. The hotel itself is very very old but this suite was good.
The stuff are not very nice
Not very attentive
They must work on the service
One of the worst hotel staff ever experienced.
Breakfast is very very basic and poor.
The location of the hotel was bad - the way to the lobby contains a road that is highly corrupted and if you come with a motorcycle (which is probably the case) then it can be very dangerous.
