Comfortable single room at front of the building. Good space in room and en-suite. Hot shower. Ample tea/coffee making supplies in room. Continental style breakfast, self service. Within walking distance to the town centre, shops and Ferry terminal. Bonus for me was that when I needed an extra night's stay due to ferry cancellations, Andy was able to accommodate me, and I made my trip to Fingal's Cave, Staffa which was the purpose of my stay in Oban. I was very happy and grateful for that. I would stay again.

The property opens onto a busy road which you have to cross to reach a pavement, not that the owner can do anything about that! En-suite could do with a shelf to place toiletries, minor issue.

It was quiet if your room was at the back. Clean, comfy bed.

Tiny room, the only flat surface was a small camping table, limited space for everything, I could even reach the hanging space. Smallest shower cubicle I've ever seen (gave it a miss) and the continental breakfast was the bare minimum. Towels were old and one had a hole in it.
