Yes, it's considered a penthouse, but it was just okay and inconvenient. It really is good for only two people as the couch is the only living furniture. The listing is just inaccurate. The condo complex has a lot of amenities, which is what made it appealing but we were so busy we didn't end up using them like we thought. The condo itself was not "Fully stocked to enjoy short or long term stays." No extra toilet paper rolls, no soap, shampoo, or available laundry detergent. There is also no outdoor furniture to really enjoy the view. if you look closely at the pictures, the chairs are too tall for the kitchen table so that is also unusable. The "What's Nearby" and "Restaurants" are not accurate distances either. Pay attention to the distances being in km, it's the first indication that they are not being honest. We were also asked to pick up the keys at a "keys station" at a 7-Eleven. Since we rented a car it wasn't a big deal, but just inconvenient. There was A LOT of instructions and it was clear that these condos are not supposed to be rented out. There was NOT a parking space reserved for our condo. They tried to get us to pay extra for a parking spot so we just parked on the street, not convenient. Lastly, we were offered money by the "owner" if we gave the stay a 5 Star review within 24 hours.
