The room and Breakfast was perfect. We found it a bit silly to have a bathroom with very nice jacuzzi, but to have to use the bathroom -in which is also the toilet- with other rooms.
We did not feel relaxed to occupy this for a long time knowing that others cannot go to the toilet or shower.

It was immaculate and clean in as good location. Great decor
Shared bathroom. Too many guests sharing one bathroom. No tea or coffee in room, no bedside lamps. Misleading advertising. This is a room in a family house with children. Advertised with tea and coffee, washing machine. These were not offered.
