The location was perfect and quiet. The bedrooms were fab each with an en-suites. Large kitchen sitting room.

misleading information about entry, not a long passageway, it was outside.
hot water tricky, not clear instructions.
washing machine unclean and needs a good scrub! and wasn't working properly, we had to go online to problem solve.

Great location, comfortable beds and plenty of space for us all
The showers/bathrooms are fairly dated and a bit rubbish. No window or extraction fans so they’re a bit damp and just kind of grim. The oven trays were absolutely filthy, covered in grease, just disgusting really. Likewise the front of the oven door is worn so none of the settings or temp readings are visible anymore, had to guess how to work it. Dishwasher was a good addition but didn’t work correctly and no instructions left for it.
