The keys were in a lock box which we were able to unlock using a code. It was an easy start.
When we came to the Airbnb it hadn't been cleaned from the previous stay yet. However, the host allowed us to drop our bags in and then we left for a bit and when we got back it was a very lovely and cozy experience. And, to be fair, we had booked the airbnb the morning of.

The apartment is nice and very clean, with everything needed available. The location is great and close to the city center. However, communication with the host was difficult. He did not answer phone calls or messages at check-in time, and the access code was sent late. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the apartment itself is good, but communication at arrival could be improved.
