Issue was heating not working after 4pm and had to call staff to sort this out. I do it everytime I stay as I have a health condition an can't be cold

Great location, good price.
4pm check in is ridiculous, half the day is gone, then 10am check out just as bad. There is no way this property needs 6 hours to clean and prepare.
In room 6, the sliding door to the en-suite was hanging off and useless. My wife was unable to open the door to get out once inside. Next issue was a non functioning kettle when the only opportunity for drinks was tea or coffee. When pointed out to the staff, from their response, it was obvious knew of the issues from previous tenants.
