About this house rental
Krouson Mansion is a small aristocratic house, built in 1950, which has recently been renovated while preserving all the elements that are part of its identity. The unique design of the house and its strategic location near the most impressive places in central Crete are its distinctive features.
Stone, wood, and the green color of nature are combined harmoniously to match the aesthetics of a traditional house.
Space:
It can accommodate 6 people and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The interior consists of 70 square meters arranged on 2 floors.
▪︎ The 1st floor has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area with a semi-outdoor space, and a fully equipped kitchen.
An internal staircase leads to the
▪︎ Ground floor area which includes a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed.

The house, located in central Crete, is just 20 minutes from the city of Heraklion, an area full of natural beauty.
The colors of the olive groves, the orange and lemon trees, the scents of wild oregano, thyme, and sage, and the sounds of cicadas and crickets create a Mediterranean atmosphere.
Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine in its most sincere form as they can taste some of the most famous Greek products such as olive oil, honey, wine, herbs, fruits, and vegetables where they are actually produced. In our village as well as in the surrounding villages, you can find options in taverns with traditional cuisine and live music, and smell the aroma of Greek coffee in traditional cafes/taverns, thus experiencing the way of life of the locals.
