PopAlp la Plagne - Hôtel et Restaurant

L’hôtel en général, le personnel très disponible et polis. Le confort de la chambre.

Nous avons mangé un soir au restaurant et la cuisine était bonne. Mais nous avons trouvé que la salle du restaurant manquait de convivialité, lumière très blanche et décor un peu « froid «  pour des vacances hivernales.

What I liked: • Incredible location with true ski-in, ski-out access • Ski shop conveniently located on the ground floor with equipment rental and overnight storage; pricing was very competitive • Excellent room facilities, especially the well-equipped kitchen with a wide range of pots and pans, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a drip coffee maker • Rooms are very spacious, making the stay comfortable and relaxing

Downsides: despite having large TVs in both the rooms and common areas, they were unusable—limited to basic French channels, with no Netflix or other streaming apps, and no WiFi connectivity to cast or connect devices.

Really lovely brand new hotel in an excellent location. The staff were very professional, friendly and courteous throughout our stay. Our bedroom was a good size, with a lovely bathroom and a very comfortable overall feel. The location is superb, situated right beside approximately three chairlifts and two gondolas, which made it incredibly easy to access the fantastic skiing that La Plagne has to offer. The ski room at ground floor level was also very convenient, and there is the added bonus of being able to rent skis and boots directly on site. Overall, this is a very good hotel in a prime location, offering excellent convenience and comfort at a reasonable price.

Excellent hotel overall and I would happily stay here again. My only small negative was that my room was on the 6th floor and there is only one lift, which can get a bit busy in the mornings and evenings. That said, it really wasn’t a major issue — the longest I had to wait was probably only 3–4 minutes on one occasion. The bar is also very nice, although I felt the lighting was a little too bright for the type of atmosphere they’re trying to create. Overall, a very good stay and I would definitely recommend it.

New hotel, large room, great location, ski shop inside, close to lifts, close to gallery and restaurants. The staff is very friendly.
