Great location, great facilities
I’m a reasonable man, but no help to clear our balcony of 6ft of snow and ice, even though storms had passed? Not impressed at all.

The apartment was very comfortable, with a lovely view. We enjoyed the gym, theswimming pool, the javusi and sauna
Underfloor heating was fine but we had to ask Reception to turn it up. It had to be done at reception. We didn’t have control of it in our apartment.
There was a great launderette but the machines needed coins. The Reception and Bar could not give us change and neither could the local shops.
The drain in the bathroom was clogged up with a considerable amount (a fistful) of hair 🤢

Apartment was spacious, well equipped and clean. The facilities were great, especially the pool and wellness area and the kids really enjoyed the pool table, ping pong and gym. Location was great next to the slopes. The underground car park was really handy. View was great from the apartment as we were in the top floor. Staff were super helpful and pleasant. Really spacious ski locker was also excellent.
Only two minor things to improve, firstly the pillows were not great, could have been bigger and more of them. Secondly, the dryers in the laundry were mostly broken save for one which wasn’t ideal.
