Appartement spacieux, très bien placé, nombreux services proposés (boulangerie, navette, …). Personnel très agréable. La vue depuis les appartements est magnifique!

Résidence Carlina was outstanding - we are a family of 5 and stayed in their 4 bedroom chalet which had the most fabulous views, beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, well equipped, and direct lift access to private heated boot room. The hotel's reception team were super efficient and helpful in arranging ski passes and ski hire - nothing too much trouble. We also had access to all the hotel's amenities which was great. The location is first class, ski in/out - nothing to fault at all. Just to note several people have commented on the end of stay cleaning fee, which is pricey. To avoid you just need to ensure chalet left tidy (empty dishwasher, take out rubbish, towels in baths and quick hoover around) - if you confirm to reception this has been done then no cleaning fee will be charged.

I thought the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Great access to the slopes.

I expected a little more of a luxurious feel for the price paid. The pool/jacuzzi area was uninviting and the steam room was very smelly. The shared sauna wasn't even warm. Some distance away from any shops/nightlife. It just felt inconvenient to pop out. No prices on anything - might have been more inclined to respond to the menus posted in the lifts, if there had been a price. Same for daily bread and croissants. No pricing readily available. Company that organises ski hire via the hotel - it took more than a week to get prices out of them and honestly, better prices and service at Intersport in Belle Plagne. Microwave style oven ... with one shelf. Impossible to cook in an apartment for 8 people.
