Electric heating extra (depending on meter reading). Private enclosed courtyard of 100 m² with parking. 200 m² unfenced garden on a hillside. Cellar for bicycles. Included in the price: sheets (beds made). Non-smoking cottage. Bicycle rental in Dame Marie les Bois, approximately 10 km away. Close to the Chaumont gardens. Ideal cottage for two families. Very comfortable accommodation with three bathrooms. Hiking trails nearby (GR3 a few kilometers away), marked cycling routes near the Loire à Vélo cycle route. The owner offers a tasting trip to a local winemaker.
