We had a wonderful stay in this lovely little house. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable life. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and in perfect working order. We managed to fit our mid-sized SUV into the courtyard without any issues, and the private garden is a real gem—it truly adds to the charm of the property.
The location is geographically perfect for exploring Lake Garda and the surrounding areas.
A couple of minor suggestions: the guest manual could use more detailed information regarding trash recycling, local restaurant recommendations, and nearby activities. We also had the circuit breaker trip a couple of times when using the microwave, and there was no kettle during our stay (as the previous guests had broken it and it hadn't been replaced yet).
However, these are very minor details compared to everything this home has to offer. We highly recommend it!

Sehr sauberes Haus in guter Lage, ruhiges Quartier, nette Nachbarn oben, die schönen Urlaub wünschten. Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Betreuerin Mihaela.

Zentral in Sirmione gelegen. Restaurants, Supermarkt und Cafés fußläufig erreichbar. Ins historische Zentrum ist es ein etwas längerer Spaziergang. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Wohnung etwas dunkel und rustikal aber mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche und sehr sauber. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermiererin via WhatsApp in englischer Sprache.
Etwas dunkel und rustikal. Sieht man aber auch schon auf den Bildern. Man weiß also vorher, was man bekommt.
