Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen with refrigerator. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

In the same complex are the properties GAR SIR 003+001 (4 people), GAR SIR 009 (6 people), GAR SIR 016 (6 people). Sirmione is a small locality on the southern shore of Lake Garda at the end of a 4 km long peninsula projecting into the lake. Numerous villas, churches such as Santa Maria Maggiore or San Pietro in Mavino, beautiful frescoes, unique arches, and bell towers are just a few reasons to visit the town. The town offers a wide range of activities for all ages. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Children’s pool = it is a pool for children and has a shape with 7 straight sides, with a maximum length of 23.50 metres and a maximum width of 12.00 metres. The total surface area of the tank is 238 square metres and it has a minimum depth of 0 m and a maximum of 0.80 m. The opening hours of the swimming pool depend on the weather.
