Location.
Pool is great.
Lack of crockery, any kind of cleaning products, stairs were inconvenient & not well advertised.

Grei standard, en fin liten balkong med utsikt til Gardasjøen og solnedgang. Fint bassengområde. Stille område
Trangt med 5 voksne, en verandra hadde bare utemøbler til 4. Div utstyr var ødelagt/manglet, men ble erstattet etter noen dager. Nærmeste dagligvarebutikk 15 min, så manbør ha bil.

The location was very good..close to shuttle bus into Sirmione and lake watersports.. The pool was lovely ....and we had it to ourselves several times.
I would have liked a little help with getting taxis in general but specifically to the train station as it was tricky to get taxis when we wanted them..

Вся заявленная техника присутствует - посудомоечная и стиральная машины, утюг, чайник, кофеварка, фен, посуда.
Постельное белье и полотенца были чистыми.
Парковка возле комплекса есть, инструкции к заселению были понятными.
Квартира на фотографиях выглядит свежее. На самом деле-стены грязные, в светильниках - мертвые насекомые, когда заехали - снимали паутину с пауками в комнатах.
Окна не открыть - москитных сеток нет, а комаров даже в октябре - тучи.
В ванной нет ни одной полки - ни в душевой кабине,ни возле раковины, очень неудобно.
Без авто - было бы далеко идти пешком, местами нет тротуаров. Комплекс находится довольно далеко от ресторанов и Сирмионе.
