Step into this terrific space featuring 2 king beds, a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed, and a bathroom stocked with a hair dryer and laundry facilities .
Enjoy the tranquil southern Utah ambiance of this home away from home. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
The entire basement is yours to relax. Quiet and very clean. Please note there are stairs and a full coffee/ tea bar. Full size refrigerator and microwave but **NOT a full kitchen.
We do allow a small non shedding dog with host approval and of course service animals.
Bedroom 1 has extra sleeping pads available if you have small children.
Bedroom 2 has an office desk so you can work away from home if needed.
This apartment is roomy and accommodates 4 -6 people.
Full bathtub/ shower with shampoo and conditioner and body soap.
Hot tub available and extra towels for outdoors.
There is NOT an ironing board, but a hand steamer is available in the bathroom and works great for freshening up your outfit!
There is plenty of free parking. And ATV parking for a small fee. Guests have a full refrigerator, toaster, coffee choices and herbal teas. There is also a microwave and plastic ware. There is no full kitchen!! But you won’t miss it if you don’t plan on preparing meals. Massage chair and pull out couch in family room and tv for all viewing favorites.

Host was great at staying in touch, was considerate, made instructions very clear. There were lots of nice little touches like snacks and coffee. The space was clean and comfortable.

This is a great cute little place that feels comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Host really accommodates and tries to add little touches to make you feel comfortable like complimentary welcome snacks, coffee pods with creamer in the fridge, tide pods if you want to do a load of laundry, shampoo/conditioner and soap already in shower. I absolutely love staying in places where the owner has control over it because of the little things like that. It’s not managed by a third party person. Kathy is available and easy to get a hold of. Just note, there’s not a full size kitchen. There’s a fridge and some pantry/counter space but there’s no sink. It wasn’t a big deal at all for us but I could see how some trips, people definitely would want a full kitchen. Also having 1 full bath is something to consider as well. However, like I said Kathy definitely add touches to make up for the lack of kitchen and only 1 full bath. I’ll definitely be booking this place again. Loved it.
