We really like Paradise Village. We were very disappointed that the door code did not work upon our arrival and it took over 2 hours for the on-call tech to help us. Our plans for Thursday evening did not happen due to this inconvenience.

The house was very clean, the air hockey table was so fun, and everything in it was as described. This is the 6th different house we have stayed at in Paradise Village. These houses are always great, but this one was not decorated cutely, had outdated couches, very uncomfortable kitchen chairs, only had giant spoons (no small spoons or kid spoons), no ziplock bags, and no spices or anything like that. The worst part was the beds--extremely uncomfortable and bouncy, and the bunk beds were so squeaky that my kids couldn't sleep on them because they were woken up. I wouldn't stay in this particular house again unless they updated their mattresses and sheets and fixed the bunk beds.
