This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 12 people. The master bedroom features a king bed, smart television, and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, smart television, and an ensuite bathroom. The final bedroom has a queen bed, two triple bunkbeds, a smart television, and a bathroom right outside the door. The upstairs loft has a Nintendo Switch and smart television, perfect for a fun family game or movie night.

This condo unit was so comfortable, clean, and convenient. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and most of our games were at the Shivwits Legacy Fields outside Ivins, so this location for our family and many of the families from our team was perfect. The pool/hot tub and pickleball courts are great amenities, proximity to Harmons and a handful of restaurants (Meraki Greek Grill was our favorite) was a nice bonus, and the owners/managers were really helpful and communicative. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was well equipped. Very clean and spacious. Great location to Tuacahn. I would recommend it!

The location was perfect - close to Snow Canyon, Tuacahn and downtown. The views were beautiful! The place was clean and well stocked! I will definitely try to get Ocotillo Springs 3 again!

The home was nice and was a great location for our stay. There were a few minor inconveniences and the pool/spa was cold or not working. The hosts are excellent and very helpful. We hope to use Red Sands again.
