Oksy House Free Parking and Tram to Venice at 1 minute

The apartment is a hidden gem close to Venice. It was perfect for our family of four with a park close by and transit minutes from the door. Hop on the tram for two stops and you are in Venice. We were well taken care of felt welcomed into the space.

Appartamento nuovo con tutti i comfort, molto pulito, molto disponibile la proprietaria nell’anticiparci il check-in, posizione comodissima per raggiungere P.le Roma in 2 fermate di Tram (fermata a pochi passi dall’appartamento). Soggiorno perfetto!

Tutto benissimo, solo due consigli: fornire prima dell’arrivo indicazioni su quali mezzi utilizzare per raggiungere l’alloggio dalla stazione di Mestre e aggiungere un pentolino piccolo per scaldare il latte. Ma sono davvero dei piccoli suggerimenti!

L’appartement a été refait à neuf . Il dispose d’une belle salle de bain, et d’un 2e toilette séparé, la cuisine est grande (pour 4) , la chambre parentale aussi et les enfants dormaient dans la même pièce avec un lit individuel chacun. Le salon est équipé d’une grande télévision. Il y a un lave linge sans sèche linge mais il suffît de l’accrocher près des fenêtres. La salle de bain est très bien. La station de tramway pour Venise est très proche, comptez 20mn de trajet ensuite pour y aller. Le 1er supermarché est a environ 15mn à pied. Et la personne qui nous a accueilli est sympathique.

Rien c’est un très bel appartement avec tout l’équipement nécessaire pour une famille de 4 (mes fils ont 12 et 17 ans)

I really loved how clean and well-organized the apartment was. The location was perfect, very convenient for exploring the area. The host was also extremely kind and helpful, which made the stay even better.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations.
